Lish Makeup Wet/Dry Foundation is a velvety, oil-free powder foundation which may be applied wet or dry. This foundation produces a smooth matte finish. It includes a sponge for application.
APPLICATION:
Apply with a dry sponge, a damp sponge for a dewy finish or a kabuki brush for a smooth matte finish.
